with different materials available, that meets the following conditions: CONDITIONS

manufacturing phase

In our case we are going from a bridge and built on previous courses and recover parts of the project and will replaced those badly built piece by piece new ones.

Our repair has been to remove those parts were glued with hot melt gun , because with the passage of time and above all the heat had off, then we changed all the axes of the project (they were built with 2mm wire were twisted), by shafts constructed M4 threaded rod and finally we have replaced the uprights.

transmission system designed to allow raising and lowering the board, shall consist of a belt drive and gear motor.


To raise the board we have set up a pulley and a cotton thread .

be automatic control using a relay and limit switches in our case two, one on top of the uprights and another in the bottom right where the board supports.

We have made a PCB to use a socket where to insert the relay, because if not, you end up botching the having to make welds on their pin. The connections are as follows:
